The demand for high-end crushed products with consistent quality are constantly rising. Therefore Maskin Mekano presents the portable crusher VW200-4, a complete plant with a VSI (Vertical Impact Shaft) crusher, triple deck screen and four stockpiling conveyors. Thanks to the electrical drive, production will be cost effective wether you need manufactured sand or better cubisity. By industry leading technical support we will help optimising the equipment to suit specific requirements and requests, in order to reduce unwanted fines, minimize wear costs per tonne and maximise productivity.
The VW 200-4 is a complete, electrically driven plant with a VSI crusher, three-deck screen and discharge conveyors for finished fractions. It was developed together with SCP (Scandinavian Crusher Partner). It suits you when you need manufactured sand, better cubicity or an adjusted Nordic ball mill value.
Which crusher and screen does the machine have?
Which crusher and screen does the machine have?
The crusher is a Techroq T7 cubiser with a 5-port 840 mm rotor and a 250 kW motor, with a capacity of about 200 t/h for material under 50 mm. The screen is an STE 3-67 with three decks of 1.4 × 4.8 m. It is four-bearing with a 12 mm stroke and 11° inclination, with Vibroblock as standard.
What screening capacity does the VW 200-4 have?
What screening capacity does the VW 200-4 have?
Up to 138 t/h when sorting into four clean fractions: 0/2, 2/4, 4/8 and 8/11 mm. For coarser fractions, 0/4, 4/8, 8/16 and 16/32 mm, capacity is up to 250 t/h.
Can you influence the final product?
Can you influence the final product?
Yes. The rotor speed is controlled steplessly with a frequency converter, so the process can be fine-tuned for the desired result. That reduces unwanted 0-fraction and wear cost per tonne.
How easy is it to change screen meshes?
How easy is it to change screen meshes?
The feed conveyor folds straight up for full access to the upper deck. The middle and lower decks are reached from the rear via a walkway, and the chute for the oversize and middle fractions slides out for access from the front. The screen box has many opening inspection hatches, and the lower deck can be fitted with a ball deck.
How is the VW 200-4 transported?
How is the VW 200-4 transported?
The machine sits on an air-braked triple-axle bogie and can stay on its axles during operation. Transport dimensions are 18.8 × 3.0 × 4.5 m and the weight is about 39 tonnes. Set-up takes about 15 minutes, as all conveyors fold hydraulically without manual fitting.
Which options are available?
Which options are available?
High hydraulic jacking legs and a separate conveyor for closed-circuit production.
