The SH 1502 belongs to the 1500 range, with a larger STE 2-94 screen box of 1.8 × 5.2 m. It gives higher capacity and combines the advantages of mobile and stationary screens. Thanks to the high jacking legs, it works almost like a stationary screen in production.

What capacity does the SH 1502 have?

Up to 162 t/h when sorting into three clean fractions: 0/2, 2/4 and 4/8 mm. For the fractions 0/4, 4/8 and 8/16 mm, capacity is up to 225 t/h. The figures apply to crushed granite, with similar performance in crushed concrete.

The meshes on both decks are the same size, end-tensioned and split in the middle. That makes them easy to handle and gives optimum tensioning, which is essential for fine material. Spring-loaded tensioners minimise the need for retightening.
