The BML7 is a compact belt feeder station on a hook lift frame, so easy to work with and an important piece of the puzzle for your plant to be just as adaptable as your everyday life requires. A belt feeder with a variable feeding speed is completely insensitive to moisture and is perfect for natural materials.
BML7 is equipped with Maskin Mekano’s new dual-drive system with drive on both the drive side and the return side. Dual-drive provides a very even load on the belt and protects against slipping. Adjustment of feed speed is handled via frequency controllers that are operated by a remote control. The frame in the belt feeder is equipped with close-fitting roller sets with easy access for replacement. A remote-operated chute in the outlet of the hopper secures a completely constant load when feeding calibrated fractions.
